There's no idiom like "two idiot is power"(the right tanslation of "%u0414%u0432%u0430 %u0434%u0435%u0431%u0438%u043B%u0430 - %u044D%u0442%u043E %u0441%u0438%u043B%u0430"("Dva debila - eto sila")) in the English language so this makes impossible to catch the gist of this, I can hardly say it, movie. In addition to misunderstanding, your English is totally bad, the drawing is creepy, wrong and wry, and I've seen no sense in it, no storyline. But music (I know that you've stolen it from Apple's advertisment) is good and animation is preety well-done too.
As a result, I give you 2 for a review and 0-vote. Good luck.
